What Character Is This On Justice League Unlimited?

I haven’t seen the show in ages and I watched an episode today. I noticed that I saw a female heroine that I didn’t really recall knowing about. She kind of looks like Star Sapphire, but wears white instead of pink and has a cape. Any ideas?

    That is definitely Doctor Light
    white cape
    and looks like star saphhire

    I almost thought Dagger but she’s not part of Justice League Unlimited.
