Is Static Shock A Good Superhero For A Teenager Do U Think He Can Join The Justice League?

Currently in the comics he is part of the Teen Titans.
in the cartoon Batman Beyond/Static Shock/Justice League crossover when he is much much older he is part of the Justice League.

    Static shock is a bit childish. Justice league is the big daddy’s club. Just like robin ain’t a part of the justice league, i don’t think static shock can make the cut.
